Submitting the application for the recognition of foreign qualifications

If you have achieved a foreign qualification, you can submit the application for its recognition exclusively to enroll in a course/postgraduate program in line with the announcement of the course/postgraduate program you chose. 

You need to let the UMS office have the original document of your foreign qualification and/or declaration of value before the start of the learning activities. You can bring the document to the UMS during office hours only by contacting SOS, or send it by mail to the following address:

The original documents will be sent you back by mail.

If the postgraduate program/course involves an admission test, the application for the recognition of foreign qualifications must be submitted when enrolling in the test.

If the access to the postgraduate program/course is subject-to-availability or open, the application for the recognition of foreign qualifications must be submitted during the enrolment process.
